Course Fee: £2,500 + VAT (£3,000 including VAT)

Deposit: Secure your place with a £500 deposit

Payment Options: Interest-free monthly payment plans are available with no credit check. Learners can begin their qualification while paying, although the full balance must be cleared before completion and normally at least four weeks before final sign-off.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be aged 18 or over.

The programme includes Skincare to Support Aesthetic Procedures (AP301), providing essential underpinning skincare knowledge and supporting learners who may be entering without a previous Level 3 beauty qualification.

Learners must also hold or complete current training in basic life support, anaphylaxis and choking in line with centre requirements. If you do not currently hold the required certificate, please get in touch and we can help arrange this for you.

WHAT WILL I STUDY?

The qualification develops both theoretical understanding and practical competence through the following units:

• Health, Safety and Hygiene for Aesthetic Procedures – developing safe, hygienic and professional working practices

• Client Consultation for Aesthetic Procedures – completing effective consultations, assessing suitability, gaining informed consent and planning appropriate treatments

• Biochemistry and Biology of Cells – understanding cellular structure and function and how aesthetic procedures interact with the skin

• Skin Morphology and the Inflammatory Response – exploring skin structure, function, healing and the body’s response to aesthetic treatments

• Skin Disorders and Diseases Relative to Aesthetic Practice – recognising common conditions, contraindications and situations requiring treatment adaptation or referral

• Skincare to Support Aesthetic Procedures – building essential knowledge of skincare, treatment preparation and post-procedure care

• Skin Rejuvenation Using Dermaplaning – developing the knowledge and practical skills required to perform dermaplaning safely and effectively

• Skin Rejuvenation Using Superficial Chemical Peels – learning how to select, plan and safely deliver superficial chemical peel treatments

HOW WILL I LEARN?

This qualification is delivered through a flexible blended-learning approach designed to fit around work, family and existing commitments.

Learners complete supported theory and coursework from home alongside regular tutor-led sessions and practical training at our purpose-designed Bristol training centre.

Our classes are kept intentionally small, with a maximum of six learners, allowing time for questions, individual feedback and meaningful tutor support. Practical sessions provide the opportunity to develop skills under close supervision and build confidence before assessment.

HOW WILL I BE ASSESSED?

Assessment may include:

• Short-answer questions and multiple-choice questions
• Written assignments and professional documentation
• Consultation and risk-assessment evidence
• Practical observations and competency assessments
• Portfolio evidence demonstrating knowledge and practical ability

You will receive guidance throughout the programme, helping you understand what is required and progress through each stage with confidence.

YOUR PROGRESSION ROUTE

Successful completion provides a strong regulated foundation for progression to the Qualifi Level 5 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice and, subject to entry requirements, the Qualifi Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Practice.

This creates a clear pathway from advanced skin rejuvenation into higher-level aesthetic practice and clinical aesthetics.
