Who is This Course For?

The Qualifi Level 5 Certificate is ideal for practitioners who have completed a regulated Level 4 qualification in aesthetics and are looking to master more complex aesthetic procedures. This course is tailored for those wanting to advance their technical and professional skills to meet industry demands and standards.

Entry Requirements:

To enrol on this qualification, applicants must have completed one of the following:

• Qualifi Level 4 Diploma in Aesthetic Procedures for Skin Rejuvenation
• Qualifi Level 4 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice
• Qualifi Level 4 Diploma/Certificate in Micropigmentation
• Qualifi Level 4 Certificate in Laser, Light and Energy-Based Procedures
• Or Equivalent Level 4 Regulated Qualification in relevant sector

Applicants must also hold a current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and anaphylaxis management qualification.

In addition, all learners must prove they hold a relevant English language qualification if English is not their first language

This course is fully accredited by Qualifi, a leading UK awarding body regulated by Ofqual. Upon completion, learners will receive the Qualifi Level 5 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice, a recognised and respected qualification both in the UK and internationally.

• Legal and Regulatory Requirements in Aesthetics Practice – Understanding the legal frameworks and regulatory standards essential for safe and compliant practice.
• Professional Standard within Aesthetic Practice – Developing ethical, professional behaviour and adherence to best practices in aesthetics.
• Working Collaboratively with Healthcare Professionals – Learning the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure safe, effective treatment outcomes.
• Anatomy, Physiology and Morphology of the Ageing Face – Gaining insights into the ageing process, facial anatomy, and physiological changes that effect aesthetic treatments.
• Skin Micro-needling and Chemical Peels – Managing advanced skin rejuvenation techniques, including microneedling and the application of chemical peels for effective skin improvement.

Course Structure:

This course is delivered over 6-9 months through a flexible, blended learning format. Learners will complete theory components from home, supported by regular online and in-person sessions. Practical training will take place in our full equipped training centre, ensuring you gain hands-on experience.

Learners will be assessed through a combination of SAQs, written assignments, practical assessments and case studies. These assessments are designed to ensure learners have the theoretical understanding and practical skills to perform advanced aesthetic procedures safely and effectively.
