Suitable for medics and non-medics, this two-day course introduces foundation lip and facial filler treatments through essential theory, tutor demonstrations and supervised practical training using live models.

Learn in a small, supportive group, with guidance from experienced aesthetics trainers as you develop your consultation, assessment and treatment skills.

Treatment areas covered

Develop a foundation in assessing clients and planning treatments for:

• Lip enhancement
• Nasolabial folds or nose-to-mouth lines
• Marionette lines or mouth-to-chin lines
• Corners of the mouth

Training includes a dedicated focus on lip anatomy, assessment and foundation techniques. Practical treatments depend on model availability, suitability, treatment requirements and tutor assessment.

How your training works

Before attending, you will receive learning materials to help you prepare for your training.

Your two-day course combines theory, case studies, tutor demonstrations and supervised practical experience using live models. Our trainers guide you through consultation, facial assessment, treatment planning and practical techniques.

Small classes provide opportunities to ask questions, receive individual guidance and develop your understanding throughout the course.

• Minimising trauma during treatment

• Medicines and factors that may affect treatment

Safety and complications

Responsible practice and patient safety are central to your training. Course content includes recognising vascular compromise, complications awareness, hyaluronidase and appropriate aftercare.

Your tutor will explain the importance of working within your training and competence, maintaining appropriate emergency arrangements and obtaining suitable professional insurance.
