Our CPD-approved Advanced Dermal Filler Training Course in Bristol is designed for practitioners who have already completed suitable foundation dermal filler training and want to expand their treatment portfolio.

Training combines pre-course learning, advanced facial anatomy, tutor demonstrations and supervised practical experience using live models. Classes are limited to a maximum of six learners, allowing plenty of individual guidance and hands-on support.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Learners must have completed suitable foundation dermal filler training or hold an equivalent qualification that provides the necessary underpinning knowledge and practical experience.

ADVANCED TREATMENT AREAS

The advanced treatment areas explored during this course include:

• Non-surgical nose reshaping

The treatments demonstrated or practised on the course date will depend on the models available, their suitability, individual treatment requirements and tutor assessment. Not every listed area can be treated practically on every course date.

FULL-FACE ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT PLANNING

Advanced dermal filler practice requires more than learning individual injection techniques. You will develop your ability to assess the face as a whole and consider facial proportions, symmetry, ageing, volume changes and the relationship between different treatment areas.

Training explores how to create an individual treatment plan that supports balanced, appropriate results while respecting the client’s natural facial structure.

ADVANCED FACIAL ANATOMY

A detailed understanding of facial anatomy is essential when progressing to advanced dermal filler treatments.

You will review the relevant facial muscles, arteries, veins, nerves and tissue planes, with particular emphasis on higher-risk areas, appropriate injection depths and techniques for reducing avoidable risk.

You will review the recognition and management of potential complications, including vascular compromise, and the appropriate role of hyaluronidase within an emergency protocol.

Practitioners must always work within their training, competence, professional scope and insurance cover.

ONLINE LEARNING AND PRACTICAL TRAINING

Once your place has been secured, you will receive access to the required pre-course learning materials. These prepare you for the advanced theory, demonstrations and practical elements of your training day.

During your in-person training, you will work under the guidance of an experienced aesthetics tutor and gain supervised practical experience using suitable live models.

Models, products and specific treatment areas are subject to availability, suitability, treatment requirements and tutor assessment.

CERTIFICATION AND INSURANCE

Following successful completion of the required learning and practical assessment, you will receive CPD certification for your Advanced Dermal Filler Training Course.
